Associate Veterinarian

Looking for a veterinary role where no two days look exactly alike—and you still have people around you who want to help you succeed?

This full-time opportunity offers a broad mixed-animal caseload in a rural community setting, with opportunities to work across small animal, large animal, equine, and select exotic cases. Whether you're an experienced DVM or a new graduate ready to build your confidence, you’ll have room to develop your skills while working alongside a supportive team.

What You'll Find Here

• More variety in your medicine — Move between companion-animal appointments, large-animal cases, surgery, and urgent needs rather than being limited to one type of practice.

• Mentorship that meets you where you are — New graduates can receive individualized guidance, while experienced veterinarians can continue developing areas of interest.

• A team that works together — You’ll have colleagues to collaborate with when cases become challenging, including support around urgent and emergency situations.

• Opportunities beyond routine GP — Build experience in surgery, dentistry, emergency medicine, and a broader range of species.

• A practical, relationship-focused approach — Work directly with clients to create treatment plans that prioritize quality care while considering real-world circumstances.
