Associate Veterinarian - Vernon, CT | Full-Service Practice | Supportive Team | Flexible SchedulingA well-established small animal practice in central Connecticut is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing clinical team. Serving a diverse and loyal client base from several surrounding communities, this hospital is known for providing comprehensive and affordable veterinary careranging from preventive medicine and diagnostics to surgery and dentistry.Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Perform surgical and dental procedures as needed
- Interpret lab work and imaging results to guide diagnostics and treatment
- Consult with pet owners on wellness care, chronic conditions, and palliative support
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and care
