Our exclusive client's family-run, highly regarded mixed animal hospital in Conway, Arkansas is expanding its team and we'd love to welcome another passionate Associate Veterinarian.Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced DVM, you'll thrive working alongside two supportive veterinarians with additional expertise in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, as well as advanced pain management.Here, every day brings something newsmall animals, large animals, and the occasional wildlife case that keeps your schedule both engaging and rewarding.Why You'll Love This Practice

Schedule & Hours
  • Just 30 hours per week qualifies as full-time (with full benefits!)
  • Typically worked over four weekdays only
  • Hours fall within 7:30 AM 5:00 PM, MondayFriday
  • No weekends, no after-hours, no on-call
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000$130,000 (based on experience)
  • $30,000 joining bonus
  • 3 weeks PTO + public holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • CE allowance and professional dues covered
  • Full relocation support if needed

  • DVM (or equivalent) licensed (or eligible) in Arkansas
  • Open to all levels of experienceincluding new graduates
