We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal full-service general practice hospital located in Youngsville, just minutes from Lafayette, Louisiana.$115,000$130,000 Base Salary (Negotiable) + 20% Production Bonus$75,000 Signing Bonus | No Weekends | Flexible ScheduleThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team while maintaining an excellent worklife balance, with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling options.Hospital Overview

- 2.5:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor support ratio
- Enjoy hands‑on mentorship across a wide range of areas, including exotic pets, equine work, advanced soft‑tissue procedures, orthopedic surgery, and beyond!
- Monday- Friday : 8:00 am 5:30 pm
- Saturday- Sunday: Closed
- Schedule Options
- Choose 3 or 4 working days per week
- No weekends, no after-hours emergencies
- Base Salary: $115,000 $130,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- 20% production bonus paid and no negative accrual
- $75,000 signing bonus
