FCT is a nationally chartered trust company offering wealth advisory services including investment, retirement, and trust services, primarily to credit unions. Our sole objective is to help clients achieve their personal, financial and estate planning goals.

Our clients entrust FCT to manage over $1.3B of assets on their behalf.FCT is actively pursuing growth initiatives and seeking team members who take great pride in their work and want to contribute to the stability and growth of the firm.

We are seeking a talentedAssociate Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will support our Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships and providing top-tier client service. This includes administrative assistance, financial planning support, participation in client meetings and, over time, participation in training and development activities designed to position you for promotion to a Wealth Advisor.Are you an effective communicator, detail-oriented, client centric, collaborative, and a self-starter? What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist Wealth Advisors in managing investment, IRA, trust, estate, financial planning, and other client requests.
  • Complete day-to-day administration of accounts and complete new and existing client paperwork, annual account reviews and assist with other projects.
  • Assist our Wealth Advisory team by promptly responding to client requests for distribution and other types of service inquiries.
  • Complete proper IRA/agency paperwork and operations templates for client changes.
  • Participate in client meetings to build rapport and establish understanding of the Wealth Advisor role.
  • Assist with the client portal including access, trouble shooting and other client requests.
  • Work with FCT staff and help with other clerical duties and projects as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  • 2+ years' experience within a financial institution.
  • Understanding of administrative and operational functions within a professional office environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and conceptual and cognitive thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well within a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
