Assistant Superintendent
- Distribution Center ConstructionMichael Page is hiring for the business services industry in Houston.Job DescriptionSupervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progression. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and quality standards. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations on the job site. Assist with scheduling and planning to align with project milestones. Address and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions. Communicate project updates effectively with the project manager and stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
