Assurance Manager- Healthcare Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee quality assurance operations within our healthcare solutions team. You'll be responsible for directing multiple engagements, ensuring compliance with stringent accounting standards, and driving client satisfaction by managing deadlines and introducing strategic financial solutions. Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field and over five years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit and assurance. A strong grasp of GAAP and the nuances of healthcare-based tax accounting is essential, alongside hands-on experience with continuing care communities. While HUD and GAGAS knowledge is beneficial, possessing a CPA designation is highly preferred. Your role will involve evaluating client internal controls, training team members, and preparing financial statements. You'll participate in business development initiatives, and continually update your expertise on legislative changes that could impact our clients.
