Job Description
Assistant Superintendent
- Healthcare & K-12Our client is a nationally recognized construction and development firm with a strong presence across New England and a long-standing reputation for delivering complex institutional, healthcare, and commercial projects. They offer a collaborative, safety-focused culture and consistent project pipeline.Support or lead on-site construction activities across assigned projects. Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations. Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards. Assist with site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections. Collaborate with Project Managers and clients. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols. - Healthcare & K-12 should have:5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant Super)Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, or Warehouse projects
Ability to support mid-large projects or run smaller scopes
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and field operations
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Bonus potential up to 16%, 401k + 8% match, PTO. Full health, dental, vision benefits. Vehicle allowance.
