Assistant Superintendent

Healthcare & K-12Our client is a nationally recognized construction and development firm with a strong presence across New England and a long-standing reputation for delivering complex institutional, healthcare, and commercial projects. They offer a collaborative, safety-focused culture and consistent project pipeline.Job DescriptionSupport or lead on-site construction activities across assigned projects

Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations

Maintain project schedule, safety, and quality standards

Assist with site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections

Collaborate with Project Managers and clients

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols

Healthcare & K-12 should have:5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant Super)Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Corporate, or Warehouse projects

Ability to support mid-large projects or run smaller scopes

Strong scheduling and coordination skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and field operations
