As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will receive extensive classroom training, virtual support, and one-on-one mentorship to become fully equipped as an expert in the industry and our organization. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
