Wireless Customer Service & Sales Associate
PRIME NEXUS INC is hiring a full-time Wireless Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in Montgomery, AL.
In this entry-level position, you'll work face-to-face with customers in retail locations while representing a client in the wireless industry. You'll help customers understand available wireless products, services, and promotions while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.
We provide paid, hands-on training, so previous wireless or sales experience is not required. We're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with customers, are comfortable in a goal-oriented environment, and are ready to learn.
What You'll Do
Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
Represent wireless products and services professionally
Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate options
Explain available services, features, promotions, and upgrades
Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
Build positive relationships with customers
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing our client

Willing to learn new products and sales techniques
Comfortable working in a face-to-face retail environment
Able to work independently as well as alongside a team
Reliable transportation within the Montgomery area
Previous experience in wireless, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
