The Role: We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable Athletic Center Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in a clean and organized space, and is passionate about creating a positive guest experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests and members with a warm, professional attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility including locker rooms, fitness areas, pool deck, and equipment
Stock towels and amenities, ensuring all supplies are readily available
Monitor guest use of equipment and enforce safety guidelines as needed
Report maintenance issues and assist with minor upkeep or adjustments
Support opening and closing procedures and assist with day-to-day tasks assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and communication skills
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous hospitality or fitness center experience is a plus, but not required
