Identify, report, address, and triage a variety of sports related injuries that pertain to the athletes at the school, event, or clinic where coverage is being rendered. Facilitate and coordinate the care of injured athletes at CoxHealth designated locations while under the direction of the CoxHealth Sports Medicine Director.Job RequirementsEducation
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited institution
  • Preferred: Masters Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institutionExperience
  • Preferred: Previous athletic training experienceSkills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in teamsLicensure/Certification/Registration
  • • Required: Missouri Athletic Training License that is both active and in good standing AND BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire

    Job Requirements

    Education▪ Required: Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institution▪ Preferred: Master’s Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institution

    Experience▪ Preferred: Previous athletic training experience

    Skills▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills▪ Strong analytical/problem solving skills▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams

    Licensure/Certification/Registration▪ Required: Missouri Athletic Training License that is both active and in good standing
