Hiring Range: $263,358 - $274,358 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Key Highlights

• Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, clinically effective psychiatric care

• Duties include admission assessments, diagnostic formulation, medication management, treatment planning and the discharge of patients.

• Models collaborative practice by fostering a culture of trust, respect and fairness to all stake holders and all clinical staff

• Participates in weekday evening and weekend is optional and provides additional compensation

Qualifications

• Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license

• Be board certified or board eligible
