You will interpret blueprints and BOMs to ensure precise fits and welds. Your responsibilities include using layout tools, inspecting weld quality, grinding and finishing metal surfaces, and supporting assembly tasks. Additionally, you will help implement continuous improvement practices by minimizing waste and maintaining equipment safety standards.What Youll Bring The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate proven TIG welding skillsable to pass a flat TIG weld test. You should be comfortable reading mechanical drawings and working with BOMs, diverse materials, and gauges. Strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and reliability are essential.
