Job Details

ResponsibilitiesManage family law cases from intake through final resolutionConduct court appearances, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trialsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related legal documentsDevelop and implement effective case strategiesMaintain proactive communication with clients and provide exceptional client serviceCollaborate with support staff to move matters forward efficientlyCommunicate professionally with opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership and good standing with the Florida BarMinimum of 2 years of family law experienceExperience managing an active caseload independentlyTrial and courtroom experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneouslyProfessional demeanor and commitment to client serviceTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to practice
