Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolutionRepresent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiationsDraft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documentsProvide strategic legal advice to clients on sensitive family law issuesMaintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communicationCollaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the Washington State Bar2+ years of experience practicing family law (or relevant litigation experience)Strong courtroom presence and litigation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
