Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from start to finish and advocate for clients across a range of legal matters. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in court, and skilled at building strong legal strategies.

What Youll Do

Oversee litigation cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial
Conduct legal research to interpret statutes, case law, and rules relevant to ongoing matters
Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
Advise and update clients throughout the litigation process
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes outside of court
Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve client goals

What Youll Need

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active admission to the bar in relevant state(s)
Strong skills in legal research and persuasive writing
Confident oral advocacy skills for court and negotiation settings
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple cases
Clear, professional communication with clients, colleagues, and court officials
