Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and related proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Conduct negotiations and court appearances
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
Collaborate with colleagues within the practice group to deliver high-quality legal services
Maintain active case management and ensure timely communication with clients

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
3 -10 years of experience in Family Law
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
Client-focused mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
