Job DetailsWe are looking for a Consulting Estate Administration Attorney to assist with probate and trust administration matters. The ideal candidate can step in with minimal ramp-up time and handle files with a high degree of independence.Responsibilities:

• Manage estate administration matters from start to finish
• Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, and accountings
• Communicate with executors, beneficiaries, and courts
• Coordinate asset collection and distribution
• Handle deadlines and ensure compliance with Illinois probate procedures

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Illinois
• Prior experience in estate administration / probate required
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Engagement Details:

• Flexible structure (part-time or full-time hours available)
• Project-based or ongoing engagement depending on fit
• Onsite, hybrid, or remote flexibility depending on experience level
