- Competitive Compensation: $83.5K – $160K base salary (DOE) + origination & cash receipt incentives (5%–30%)

- Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, HOA/community association law, and construction defect matters
- Provide counsel in real estate and land use, business/corporate, and insurance defense cases
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and governance documents
- Manage discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and education
- JD and active bar license in OR, CO, UT, or ID (multiple admissions a plus)
- 3–5+ years of civil litigation or real estate experience preferred
- Knowledge of HOA/community association law or construction litigation a plus
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to balance litigation responsibilities with client advisory work
