• Competitive salary (Up to $225k) + structured, performance-based bonuses (Up to $275k total comp)
• 20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours (paid quarterly at 5% per 400 hours)
• Additional $20K for reaching 1,800 hours, plus further bonuses at 2,000 hours

Job Details

• Work remote from CA or onsite hybrid remote
• Work closely with partners and fiduciaries on post-death trust administration
• Handle trust distribution, asset allocation, and beneficiary communication
• Prepare and review trust accountings
• Address legal questions related to trustee duties, distributions, and liabilities
• Coordinate with CPAs on estate and fiduciary tax matters
• Draft related legal documents and correspondence

Looking For:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• 4+ years of experience in trust administration - We are also open to backgrounds as a Trust Administrator
• Proficient in trust accounting, distributions, and asset management
• Comfortable billing 1,800+ hours/year in a structured legal environment
