Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with residential real estate experience to join our Summerville office.Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admission to the South Carolina bar.
5+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
Experience with residential real estate closings.
Title experience is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
