We are a leading law firm in the legal industry, seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney with a focus on Trust and Estate law. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual who is passionate about providing top-notch legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases and delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to:
- Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law, and advising clients accordingly.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a particular focus on estate planning.
- Demonstrated knowledge of power of attorney regulations and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- A strong commitment to ethical legal practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
