We are a leading law firm in the legal industry, seeking a seasoned Permanent Attorney with a focus on Trust and Estate law. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven individual who is passionate about providing top-notch legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate law, with a proven track record of managing complex cases and delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to:

1. Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
2. Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters.
4. Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case law to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
5. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate law, and advising clients accordingly.
7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with a particular focus on estate planning.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of power of attorney regulations and processes.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
9. A strong commitment to ethical legal practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
