The firm has represented federal criminal defendants in serious matters and has secured strong outcomes in high-asset divorce and family law cases for professional athletes and prominent business owners. Job Details

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience and the chance to manage their own caseload from intake through resolution. The firm is flexible on experience level and will consider candidates ranging from 3+ years up to 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations and new client sign-upsDraft pleadings, discovery, and other case-related documentsPrepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trialsRepresent clients in court proceedings and contested hearingsManage communication, calendaring, and case progressionManage your own caseload from start to finish

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas2–10 years of legal experience (background/coursework in family law preferred, but flexible)Excellent writing, organization, and time management skillsSelf-motivated, responsible, and open to mentorship

Work Schedule: Primarily onsite, with flexibility - remote one day per week (Fridays).
