Are you a versatile attorney ready to make a real impact at the Jersey Shore's most trusted law firm? The Law Office of Edward V. Murachanian is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our growing team in Brick, NJ. You'll handle a dynamic mix of real estate transactions, estate planning, business law, and litigation while being supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

Draft wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Manage real estate closings, probate matters, and estate administration
Counsel clients on business formation, contracts, and small business needs
Handle litigation including filings, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom appearances
Conduct legal research; prepare motions, briefs, and memoranda
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor with active NJ Bar license in good standing
3-7+ years of experience in estate planning, wills, probate, business law, and/or litigation
Strong drafting, research, and written/verbal communication skills
Proven courtroom presence and litigation capability
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Real estate transaction experience a plus, not required
