A national construction and labor litigation powerhouse is hiring aConstruction Litigation Attorney to join its thriving California-based practice. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level litigator who thrives in high-stakes environments and enjoys working directly with sophisticated contractor clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take the lead on smaller cases and collaborate with top-tier trial teams on complex disputes involving:
- Mechanics liens, stop notices, and surety bond claims
- Payment and performance disputes
- Delay, disruption, and false claims
- Multi-party construction litigation in California courts, arbitration, and select federal forums
- Strategic case development with industry-leading clients

Qualifications We’re Seeking
- Licensed in California (good standing)
- 5–10 years’ construction litigation experience on the contractor side
- Strong legal research and motion practice background
- Experience with lien, delay, and surety matters
- Comfortable with heavy motion work and client strategy
Compensation and Perks
- Base salary: $150,000 – $250,000 DOE
- Bonuses: Discretionary, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000

Location and Schedule
