Job Description

Step into a highly respected role with one of the most distinguished construction defect firms in the nation. With over four decades of impactful litigation under its belt, this nationally recognized law firm is seeking a veteran litigator to anchor its efforts in the Greater Bay Area.

This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your deep litigation expertise to a mission-driven, plaintiff-side practice that has been featured in major media outlets and earned a reputation for legal excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex, multi-party construction defect cases for homeowner associations
Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution
Navigate arbitration, judicial references, and mediation (very few matters go to trial)

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of five years of litigation experience
Significant litigation experience with construction defect matters strongly preferred
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with plaintiff-side litigation ideal; defense-side experience considered
