Job Description

Step into the courtroom and onto the frontlines of employment law with a standout plaintiff-side firm based in El Segundo. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled litigator to join a team that’s reshaping workplace justice through high-impact wage and hour class actions.

As a valued attorney on a tight-knit legal team, you'll handle an active caseload of complex employment litigation, primarily focused on wage and hour class actions. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your cases while receiving mentorship from seasoned litigators who value collaboration and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and administrative hearings
Draft complaints, mediation briefs, motions, and class action settlement agreements
Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and support clients through every stage of litigation
Mentor junior attorneys while continuing to grow your own litigation acumen
Work closely with partners to manage and settle cases

What You’ll Love About This Role:

Salary: $120,000 to $200,000 DOE
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and origination points (up to 12.5%)
