Employment Attorney – Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Most employment law positions ask you to choose between litigation and counseling. This opportunity offers both. Join a highly respected boutique employment practice where attorneys divide their time between sophisticated litigation and strategic advice for an elite client base that includes A-list celebrities, Fortune 100 executives, CEOs, and other ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Attorneys split their practice between approximately 50% litigation and 50% strategic advice and counsel

The client base is equally distinctive - advise ultra-high-net-worth individuals, A-list celebrities, Fortune 100 executives, CEOs, and other influential decision-makers

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $170,000–$270,000+
Three separate bonus opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years of employment law experience
Background in severance, executive exits, compliance, wage and hour matters, or related employment law work
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
