Job Description

Launch your litigation career in San Francisco with a plaintiff-side employment litigation team focused on mentorship, courtroom experience, and professional growth. This opportunity offers immediate substantive litigation exposure, including depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and argue motions
Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts
Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trial work

Qualifications

Active California Bar membership in good standing
1–5 years of civil litigation experience
Employment law experience preferred
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage cases within a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $130,000–$180,000 based on experience
