What You’llDo:

Advise executives and businesses on employment law compliance
Negotiate executive exits and severance packages
Draft employment agreements and HR policies
Respond to demand letters and manage mediation prep
Shape legal strategies for sensitive, high-stakes employment matters
Choose your lane: client-facing or compliance/support-focused
