A top-tier law firm, proudly represented by Mission Recruiting, is hiring a talented litigator in its Oakland office to support K-12 school districts, community colleges, and county education offices across the state.

What You’ll Tackle:

Full-cycle litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, and hearings
Public contracting, real estate, and construction-related matters
Defense of tort, personal injury, and dangerous condition claims
Complex legal challenges facing California’s public education system

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $160,000 to $195,000 DOE
Quarterly Bonuses: $5,000 to $20,000 for meeting billable goals
Annual Bonuses: $1,000 for every 10 hours over 1800, up to $40,000

Qualifications:

California Bar member in good standing
Strong civil litigation experience (insurance defense, PI, tort, public property ideal)
