With a manageable caseload of around 35 clients and frequent court appearances (three days per week), you’ll be at the heart of the action without the burnout. Every attorney is paired with a dedicated paralegal and empowered by cutting-edge legal tech, including Lexis AI and Clio, to streamline their workflow.

What You’ll Enjoy:

Base salary of $125,000 to $225,000 (DOE)
Up to $24,000/year in attainable monthly bonuses based on clear billable hour tiers
Hybrid flexibility (~50% in-office), unlimited paid time off, and a casual dress, dog-friendly environment
Firm-sponsored CFLS certification (including prep and exam fees)
10% bonus on eligible new client origination
