Job Description
Audi Cape Fear is looking to hire a Sales BDC Representative for our busy dealership who will be responsible for setting up sales appointments, answering inbound sales calls, outbound sales calls, and most importantly the initial impression new customers have of the dealership. - Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership. Responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, scheduling sales appointments and responding to and following up on all customer Internet inquiries via phone, text and email. Make follow-up calls to customers. Check up with customers regarding their satisfaction of their experience with us. Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume Service call center is preferred. Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude. Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products . E-Leads experience is a plus. Exceptional written and oral communication skills . Great organizational skills. The ability to multi-task, follow directions, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and positively defuse negative situations with customers. Committed to customer service and satisfaction. Professional, well-groomed appearance. Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time. Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
