Do you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers? Are you also competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning commissions? The Daily Inter Lake, a division of Hagadone Media Group, is seeking an energetic Audience Sales & Support Specialist to help grow and support our print and digital subscriber base throughout Northwest Montana. This position combines print and digital subscription sales with customersupport, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and turning conversations into opportunities to grow readership.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new print and digital subscription sales through outbound calls, prospecting, and community outreach.
- Assist current subscribers with account questions, subscription options, delivery concerns, and general customer service needs.
- Identify opportunities to retain, upgrade, or win back subscribers.
- Follow up with prospects and customers by phone and email.
- Promote subscription offers, packages, and special promotions.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Prospect for new customers through referrals, lead generation, events, and community connections.
- Meet monthly subscription sales, retention, and activity goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
- Help resolve subscriber concerns quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with circulation, marketing, and other departments to improve the subscriber experience and grow readership.

Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or similar experience preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM or customer-management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
