- Aggressive Commission Structure: Uncapped earnings. Start earning bonuses from $50K monthly revenue and up. Realistic monthly billings of $80K$120K based on existing marketing funnel.
- Top of the line equipment: MedRx audiometers, video otoscopy, sound booths, real-ear verification.
- Schedule: Full time- Flexible. Opportunity to condensed hours 3 or 4 days weeks, or standard 5 - this is up to you!
- Location: Overland Park, KS
- Perform detailed hearing evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop customized treatment and hearing aid plans
- Conduct fittings, adjustments, and patient counselling
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Stay ahead of audiology trends with supported professional development
- Au.D. Doctorate in Audiology
- Licensed or license-eligible in Kansas
- Outgoing and personable able to build trust and explain results in layman's terms.
- Clinical autonomy comfortable running your day with minimal oversight.
- Interested in or open to learning our unique approach to health-focused hearing care.
- Graduate-level or experienced Audiologists welcome but must show measurable success if targeting higher salary.
- Huge Earning potential- Basic salary up to $90k plus commission On Target Earnings of $300k plus!
