This is primarily an adult-focused practice. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare to adult patients in a community-focused environment.What You’ll Do• Perform comprehensive adult hearing evaluations• Conduct tympanometry and diagnostic testing• Provide patient education and communication counseling• Take earmold impressions• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids• Utilize Real Ear Measurement (REM) best practices• Manage follow-up care and long-term patient relationships• Communicate with referring providers• Maintain clear and thorough documentation• Participate in community outreach and education eventsExpectations• Deliver individualized, compassionate patient care• Communicate clearly and professionally• Develop and explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy• Advocate for appropriate technology and solutions• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Adhere to HIPAA standards and company policies• Represent the practice positively in the communityCompensation & Benefits• Competitive salary with commission opportunities• Paid time off and holidays• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Retirement plan options• Support for licensure and professional developmentRequirements• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)• Active dispensing license or eligibility for licensure• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset• Experience in private practice preferred, but not required• Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focusedIf you are interested in building something new while working with an established, respected practice—and are open to long-term growth and potential partnership—we encourage you to apply.
