Job Description
This growing, patient-focused hearing healthcare organization is seeking 2–3 licensed providers to support its expanding physical office model in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly supported, low-pressure sales environment with strong earning potential and significant autonomy.Position Highlights
- Floating between various offices in the greater Dallas area
- One office per day
- Schedules provided in advance
- Call center handles all scheduling; you focus solely on patient care
- Equipment is already onsite
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hours)
- Conduct routine hearing diagnostics
- Counsel patients on hearing loss and treatment options
- Fit and demonstrate hearing aids (demo devices)
- Follow up with patients for final fittings once devices arrive
- Competitive Base salary plus commission
- Expected total compensation: $90,000–$95,000+ annually
