This well-established and growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Henderson, NV.This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys patient interaction, hearing aid sales, and working in a supportive private practice environment with autonomy and strong earning potential.The organization is looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who can provide exceptional hearing healthcare while building long-term relationships within the community.Position Highlights:
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
- Primarily adult patient population
- Focus on routine diagnostics, hearing aid sales, fittings, and follow-up care
- Supported by an on-site Patient Care Coordinator
- Primarily a solo-provider office with occasional collaboration at nearby busy locations
- Opportunity for additional consulting responsibilities with affiliated audiology clinics for providers seeking variety
- Established patient flow and strong community presence
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and tests.
- Take ear mold impressions when required.
- Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids; provide auditory rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on hearing health and device care.
- Meet reasonable sales and performance goals.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives.
