Job Description
This well-established private hearing healthcare practice in Texas is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its team and float between two established locations in Athens, TX (3 days per week) and Corsicana, TX (2 days per week). This opening is due to a long-tenured provider retiring, creating an excellent opportunity to step into a stable role with an existing patient base.Schedule & Practice Environment
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Established offices focused on routine diagnostics, patient care, and hearing aid dispensing
- No pediatrics, no ABRs, no VNGs
- Solo-provider offices with support from a Patient Care Coordinator
- Modern, state-of-the-art facilities with advanced equipment
- Private practice setting with a strong retail hearing aid sales focus
- Patients generated through marketing, television, direct mail, word-of-mouth, and third-party referrals
- Approximately 60% insurance-based / 40% private pay
- Primary manufacturer is Starkey, with some flexibility
- Sales and objection-handling strategies
- Best practices in testing and fittings
- Tools to help providers maximize patient outcomes and earning potential
- Base salary plus commission (flexibility in structure)
- Strong earning potential: $80,000 on the low end $100,000+ for high-performing closers
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
