Responsibilities

• Lead external audit and attest engagements from planning through completion

• Review financial statements and audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor

• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff

• Manage multiple engagements while ensuring quality and timely completion

• Stay current on GAAP, GAAS, and industry developments

• Identify process improvements and deliver value-added client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on external audit

• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS

• Experience supervising staff and managing engagements

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
