Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• * Lead and manage the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting
• * Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• * Provide assurance to stakeholders on the accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• * Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management
• * Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve audit processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• * Bachelors in Accounting or a related field (Masters preferred)
• * CPA certification
• * 5+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or related field
• * Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB and other regulatory requirements
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• * Ability to lead and manage a team
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• * Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• * Experience with audit software and tools
