Job Description & Summary

A career in our Non Financial Services Audit practice, within External Audit services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large entities. Our clients are often well known brands and many have broad international reach. We focus on using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual testing ensuring you'll focus on the most valuable areas of client service and on enhancing corporate governance and the reliability of our clients' information.

Our team helps organisations navigate regulatory complexity while strengthening trust and transparency in their business. While many of the rules of business have changed, the fundamentals haven't. You'll work alongside senior members of the client's management team in planning the audit process from beginning to end, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of our client's information.

Deine Aufgaben

Du prüfst Jahres- und Konzernrechnungen und beurteilst die Einhaltung aufichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen bei nationalen und internationalen Konzernen und Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Industrie, Handel und dem Dienstleistungssektor.
Du beurteilst Geschäftsprozesse und leistest Hilfestellung bei Fragen zur Rechnungslegung nach verschiedenen Standards (OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP).
Du arbeitest direkt mit dem/der Engagement Manager:in an der Planung, Durchführung und Finalisierung verschiedener Prüfaufträge sowie verschiedener Sonderprüfungen und bist dabei im direkten Austausch mit weiteren Fachspezialist:innen.
Du bist Teil der digitalen Revolution der Wirtschaftsprüfung, indem du unsere digitalen Prüftools und -ansätze einsetzt und mithilfst, sie zu verbessern.
Du erwirbst vertiefte Kenntnisse eines breiten Kundenspektrums, baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst sie aktiv.
Du wirst von uns in deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung durch On- und Off-the-Job-Coaching unterstützt, um deine langfristigen Karriereziele zu erreichen.
Du arbeitest in einem inspirierenden, diversifizierten Team in einem internationalen Netzwerk und erhältst regelmässig Feedback von Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten.

Dein Profil

Du absolvierst die Ausbildung zum/zur Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer:in oder hast diese soeben abgeschlossen.
Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung mit und hast dabei Einblicke in betriebswirtschaftliche und aufsichtrechtliche Prüfungen von Unternehmen gewonnen.
Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an dich und das Team und möchtest aktiv die Digitalisierung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung vorantreiben.
Du bist motiviert und gestaltest Lösungen mit, die Ansprüche unserer Kund:innen zu übertreffen.
Du bist bereit, von Anfang an Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in einem Umfeld mit einer aktiven Coachingkultur zu bewegen.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
