What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion

• Review workpapers and ensure high-quality standards

• Assist in developing staff through guidance and on-the-job training

• Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships

• Identify improvements and contribute to a collaborative audit approach

• Work closely with leadership on engagement strategy and execution

What You Bring

• Public accounting audit experience required

• Knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting standards

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to confidently manage multiple engagements

• CPA or actively pursuing highly preferred

(Construction, nonprofit, government, or commercial audit experience is all welcome!)
