We are currently seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions, including Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Maintenance Technician at Tides at McDowell. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage leasing activities, including showing apartments, processing applications, and executing lease agreements to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate maintenance operations, scheduling repairs and routine upkeep to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain quality residents and maximize property revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics, manage budgets, and control expenses to optimize the property's net operating income.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly to foster a strong community.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate laws, and fair housing regulations in all aspects of management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or maintenance roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and leasing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capacity for leadership and team collaboration aligned with company core values.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control related to property operations.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, integrity, transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws.
