Job Description

Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an exceptional customer service representative who is wanting an entry level sales position. This in-office position that entails servicing existing insurance policies, scheduling appointments, calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for customers
Service existing policies tactfully & efficiently (make payments, print ID cards, make changes to policies, etc.)
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Make 75+ daily outbound sales calls to provided leads

Requirements

1+ years of previous insurance experience preferred
Personal lines or Property/Casualty licensed preferred
Self motived with a growth dedicated mindset
2+ years of customer service experience required
Excellent phone etiquette
