Job Description

Auto Body Technician - $20-$35/hr (DOE)Full-Time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, with OT opportunitiesLake Crystal, MN

Join an experienced team as an Auto Body Technician, where you'll work on a variety of truck body repairs and custom projects. Responsibilities include welding, bodywork and repairs, panel replacement, paint preparation, masking, sanding, and patching. You'll play an important role in restoring and preparing high-quality truck equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safety policies and procedures
Work independently and as part of a team
Perform repairs on heavy trucks in the paint department
Complete welding, bodywork, and panel replacements
Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, sanding, and patching
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while properly using required PPE

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills when working with customers and co-workers
Dependable, hardworking, and strong attention to detail
Previous welding experience required
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Must have basic hand tools; a toolbox is available through a rent-to-own program
Required 2-year degree in autobody OR 2 years experience in a body shop

Benefits and Pay:

$20-$35 per hour / DOE
Paid every Friday
