Responsibilities
Respond to internet inquiries and inbound leads promptly and professionally.
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments.
Provide accurate information about vehicle inventory and financing options.
Nurture leads and build rapport to encourage showroom visits.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Assist in maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
