Auto Buyer / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist Outbound Sales (BDC)- Holler Classic Family of Dealerships
Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 12 dealerships serving the Central Florida market, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. We're growing our BDC and looking for outbound sales professionals — no dealership background needed. If you've worked in a call center, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting role and know how to handle rejection and keep dialing, we'll teach you the rest. Based in our Group's home office in Winter Park (conveniently located off Lee Rd. exit on I-4).
We've just launched a brand-new Buying Center, and we're looking for energetic, persistent outbound callers to join the team as Vehicle Acquisition Specialists (Auto Buyers). You'll spend your day on the phone, in a CRM, turning warm leads and private sellers into scheduled appointments — same skill set as inside sales or BDC work, just applied to buying cars instead of selling them.
You'll work a steady stream of leads across multiple sources, with average monthly bonus potential of $2,500 and no cap on what you can earn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily (telemarketing/inside sales style) to private vehicle sellers and warm leads, pitching competitive buy bids.
- Overcoming Objections & Closing: Confidently navigate consumer pushback, handle objections effectively, and use persuasive sales techniques to turn cold inquiries into scheduled appraisal appointments — this is appointment-setting at its core.
- Pipeline & Task Management: Efficiently manage a high-volume sales pipeline in our CRM, including prompt lead follow-ups, scheduled callbacks, and meticulous data entry.
- Target & Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume targets, talk time metrics, appointment set rates, and acquisition goals — the same metrics you're used to hitting in a call center or BDC environment.
- CRM & Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced CRM software and digital communication tools to track lead progress, log interaction notes, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a professional, high-energy, persuasive demeanor across phone, email, and text.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1–2 years in an outbound call center, telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, or BDC environment required. No dealership or automotive experience necessary — we provide full training on vehicles, valuation tools, and our process.
- Performance Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call volume, talk time, or sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
- Resilience: High level of persistence, a thick skin for handling rejection, and a competitive drive to succeed.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn CRM platforms, scripts, and multi-line phone systems.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Screening: Must possess reliable transportation and pass an acceptable background and drug screening.

Pay
- Starting at $17.00/hr.
- Monthly Bonus potential of $2,500.00 uncapped
